dissolved in them. When we consume them, we must choose natural
mineral waters that come from groundwater, from a spring and have
no contamination.
Monte Pinos natural mineral water comes from a spring 985 m. above
sea level in Almazán (Soria).
It stands out due to its weak mineralization. Its calcium and
low sodium content gives it some extraordinary diuretic properties.
Its use is advisable in cases of arterial hypertension and cardiac
insufficiency, in slimming diets, as well as to prepare children’s
food.
Therefore it is considered to be a “Source of life”
